  1. hey juhi,
great start....an important topic from the point of view of Sikhs & Sikhism...the rate of cutting of hairs is so fast that it makes everyone wonder that for how long the sikh rehat will last? But even in this age of darkness we have a ray of hope from the PAST... That's the best way of addressing the problem which you have pointed above.. We as a community must take leaves out from our great past, a past which was gifted to us by our guru and our great martyrs who gave their lives' for various noble causes.......the problem is not restricted to hair cut or jokes only, it's much beyond that e.g. female foeticide & drug consumption in Punjab, to name a few... we as a community need to take some very serious steps and need to bring people back to the path of Sikhism....which is indeed very simplistic path & doesn't complicate life at all.. which is based on three simple principles of life namely kirat karo , naam japo , vaand chako... the aim should be attainment of god without sacrificing one's family , work.. I am sure working on these basics the best times won't be that far...
We can have some more point of views may be different but that will be welcomed... great beginning.. hope many people join this blog and support your cause through this blog...
